Job Description An astute, well-organized, tech-savvy, well-comported and honest young male is required for the position of Personal Assistant to the CEO of a thriving trading company in Lagos.
The individual will be responsible for management of the office of the CEO, drafting and preparing communications on his behalf, preparing reports, planning and organizing meetings, events and travel to ensure optimum functionality of the office of the Executive Chairman in achieving them.
Expectations
He must have visible experience, know-how and capacity to discharge the responsibilities of the PA.
He must have sound education and exhibit a high level of quality of thinking required to understand and distill issues.
Demonstrable capability to monitor implementation of assignments approved and / or required by the CEO.
The PA must have the confidence and ability to relate with top management and represent the CEO at meetings where necessary.
He must have the ability to achieve a clear understanding of the CEO’s vision and a demonstrable ability to explain it and cascade it down to all organs of company’s operation.
Must have a value system based on integrity, character and hardwork.
Qualifications
A good First Degree from any reputable University in the world
Maximum Age: 25 - 30 Years
Must be Single
2 - 5 years working experience, especially in a related role will be an added advantage
Excellent spoken English and polished appearance.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Must be highly proficient in advanced use of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business, Projects, Access, etc)
Highly proficient in the use of social media applications, cloud storage and virtual meeting packages.
Highly Proficient in written communications with proof of writing skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Professional discretion and confidentiality
Problem solver with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily deliverables
Great research skills and attention to details
High level of initiative and a proactive approach to executing tasks and responsibilities
Any sales or marketing experience is an asset
Additional Certification is a plus.
