Job Requirements / Skills First Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
5 - 7 years’ work experience.
Previous administrative experience is essential.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, development and training
Good understanding of built Industry
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel,etc
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
