Pesakit Sales Executive Jobs in Kenya

Job Description

Pesakit aims to build a network of mobile money agents in Africa who can serve as a distribution channel for a variety of digital financial services so that underserved populations across the continent have better access to the services they need.

We are looking for energetic and passionate sales agents who will be in charge of the execution of field marketing campaigns.

S/he will work closely with the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;

Prospect and qualify new leads;

Organize daily field sales activities in adherence to a weekly journey / route plans/ itinerary;

Communicate customer feedback and prospect product pain points to the company;

Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects;

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers;

Meet and/or exceed targets/quotas.

Qualifications

Must be ready to commence work immediately.

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills

Good organization and administrative skills

A strong team player

Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet targets and the needs of the business.

Previous sales positions especially with
Safaricom is highly recommended
