Purpose of the job

To co-ordinate and purchase certain fixed assets for the stores and fulfill certain administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative aid and Order placements of Signage

Liaising with internal and external 3rd parties

Liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Updating the Asset Register

Requirements

Senior Certificate

2 Years admin experience

Experience in Photoshop will be advantageous

Experience in Google Sheets

Smartstream system knowledge advantageous
