People Link Consultants Human Resource - Admin Manager Jobs in Kenya



Our client a Hospital is urgently looking to fill the position of a Human resource/ Admin Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Developing and implementing of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process.
  • Providing necessary support system for payroll requirements.
  • Assisting with processing employee grievances.
  • Advising the management of HR matters
  • Performing job evaluation and job analyses.
  • Managing succession planning of staff and maintain employees records.
  • Managing training programs both internal and external.
  • Conducting and analyzing compensation survey.
  • Employee and labor relations.


    Requirements


  • Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Above 4 years experience in Human Resource.
  • 28-40 years of age.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Empathetic to be able to deal with the patients.
