Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean office equipment, furniture and maintain office cleanliness at all times to ensure there is a clean and conducive work environment
  • Prepare office tea for staff and serve during board meetings or any other meeting
  • Post outgoing mails and collect the same from post office box to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Deliver and Pay bills including statutory payments to facilitate smooth flow of operations
  • Collect, sort, deliver and distribute mails to and from various offices to ensure timely delivery of mails
  • Ensure safety, sound maintenance and upkeep of motor vehicle at all times
  • Drive the official motor vehicle of the institution and ensures staff are driven well to various destinations
  • Ensure that mails are ready and delivered in timely and efficient manner.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • KCSE Form 4 certificate grade C plain and above
  • Valid Driving license at least 5 years
  • Experience in driving at least 5 years
  • Computer Literate
  • A lady aged between 25-35 years
  • Preference will be given to graduates of National Youth Service (NYS)
