Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kampala. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing human resources policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be in charge of recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, and providing coaching and counseling to staff.

Qualifications

Experience in human resources management, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role

Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Uganda

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees

Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Professional certification in Human Resources Management is a plus

Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus
