About US:

Pearl Marina Estates Limited is a 389 acre futuristic lakseside city on prime property on the Garuga Peninsula and is a member of Centum Investment Group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to all direct/indirect customer queries and requests promptly

Manage the office reception and handle walk in customers and visitors

Prepare booking forms and offer letters for new customers.

Coordinate preparation and sharing of sales agreements for customers and follow up with customers to ensure the agreements are signed

Filing and record keeping of all customers and sales agents’ documents

Updating of customers details and payments on the online Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM)

Coordinate preparation of marketing materials/collateral for the various projects

Coordination of marketing events for the projects

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a business or real estate field

Two years of experience in sales and/or customer service

Strong customer service orientation

Demonstratable ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.

Experience in real estate sales/customer service will be an added advantage.
