  • Effective staff development – Mentoring, IDPS, supervision and orientation.
  • Effective utilization of resources.
  • Patient advocacy.

    Position requirements:-

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
    Registration with MLTTB.
  • At least 2 years post registration experience.
  • At least O-Level Certificate.
  • Training and or knowledge in ISO Certification will be added advantage.

    Duties and responsibilities:

  • To collect specimen from the patients.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of all the laboratory equipment.
  • To observe and adhere to the professional code of conduct.
  • To maintain the inventory of the laboratory assets and consumables.

    Position requirements:-

  • Degree in Health Systems Management
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess good organizational and Report writing skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.

    Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement the hospital quality management and improvement programs.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to embrace regulatory changes.
  • Continuous self-assessment of the hospital on National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) and Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (MPDB) quality check list.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement committee meeting as a member of the committee.
  • Participate in quality assurance programmes organized by CHAK.
