Pawa IT Solutions M-Pawa Sales and Growth Trainee - Jobs in Kenya

We are looking for 3 graduate trainees to join our sales and growth team. The main responsibilities of a Sales and Growth team member will revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade them to purchase our products


Key Tasks and Roles

Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product

Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media channels.

Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls

Setting up meetings with prospective clients and presenting product/service demonstrations to clients during meetings

Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service

Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use case

Creating and managing a sales pipeline as a reflection of the sales prospects and process

Achieving set target and KPIs


Knowledge and experience

Passionate about sales

Tech savvy and willing to learn and grow

Fast Learner and quick thinker with ability to adapt to different scenarios

Self motivated and goal oriented to deliver results

Understanding of negotiating techniques and selling tactics

Ability to create long

term relationships with clients.

Effective Communication skills

Fluent in English and Swahili, fluency in French will be an added advantage.


Education and Professional Qualification

Should have completed all coursework for their Bachelors degree in B.Com, Economics, IT or any technology related course, Bachelor of Arts or any related field.

Should NOT have graduated more than 1 year ago

Knowledge of current market trends is a plus
