Job Description

Basic Function/general: Under the direct supervision of the Customs division head She/he collect documents from documentation team, Record the documents in Excel for declaration register from Excel to customs system database, Find and assign the exact tariff amount for every single item as per declaration from HS code, prepare impeccable customs declaration and VDD compliant to customs rules


Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect documents from the documentation team, Make preliminary document checking upfront of receiving if anything missing ,and report to the client if there is a missing document,

Plan the time of declaration finalization and perform up on the plan,

Record the document on excel for declaration register from excel to customs system database,

Find and assign the exact tariff amount for every single item as per declaration from HS code,

After giving advice the completed tax amount of the item gets acceptance by the customer. He/she registers the declaration on the customs system,

Once approval is received from the client, send declaration for a transit permit,

After ECD, get prepared VDD timely,

Deliver all true set customs declaration and VDD to documentation,

Consult and if necessary make an explanation to customs officers physically,

Assist assessment team

in checking and reviewing draft tax as well as any related tax.

Provide consultation to customers regarding tax and tariffs, send tax and additional tax amount calculated by custom.

Take responsibilities related with the assessment team,

Assist and support customs division,

Compliance or adhere to internal regulatory rules, regulations, policies & procedures,

Cooperate with other internal departments as required,

Prepare, weekly and monthly reports to the assessment division head,

Discharge all assignments given & instructed by his/her superior,

Perform other related duties as required.

Three years and above
