PATH Finance Officer Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities: Process and review payment vouchers for supplier’s payments, travel advance requests and other payments requests. Track outstanding advances and follow up to ensure all are cleared on timely basis and in line with PATH’s financial policies.
Review all travel expense reports, workshop expense reports and any other reconciliations for authorization, accuracy, allowable expenses, charge codes and accounting for advances. Follow up on resolutions of all questioned items and see that they are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsible for Payroll Processing, compliance and submission of all statutory deductions in time.
Responsible for submission of timely FOFR- Field Office Financial Report.
Respond to IAS review notes.
Respond on a timely basis to all suppliers’ inquiries, reconcile all the suppliers’ statements with PATH’s records and update the Finance Manager on any discrepancies.
Responsible for application of DA1 and follow up of the refunds.
Respond to staff inquiries on a timely basis on any financial issues.
Disburse all PATH Money Transfer payments and funds transfer through E-Banking.
Carry out monthly Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare management accounts.
As part of the Finance team, Identify opportunities for streamlining office processes, make recommendations to the finance team and implement changes.
Required Experience
A degree in Accounting or any business related field.
Professional Accountancy training CPA(K), MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience with International NGO(s).

Problem-solving skills, creative and initiative.
Sound planning and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail.

PATH Deputy Director, Operations and Research Affairs Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
Foster collaborative relationships at all levels and locations of the organization to understand existing and changing needs with the goal of continuous improvement in the alignment, efficacy, and efficiency of operations, world-wide and across functions.
Evolve development of business pipeline, projects, and knowledge management to deliver success.
Work with stakeholders to design and implement a Trans-formational Management Office (TMO) function.
Develop and introduce continuous process improvement within key institutional initiatives sponsored by the COO.
Manage open access requirements implementation and compliance framework activities for FY 17.
Manage division management staff as required.
Communications and Knowledge Management
Plan and organize team meetings and serve as primary representative for the COO on select PATH committees, teams, and initiatives.
Working with the COO, craft routine and special communications.
Drive the cascade of operations information to stakeholders across PATH and within the division’s departments in collaboration with PATH’s Global Engagement team.
Lead the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge management systems specific to the division.
Collaborate with Project Management/Knowledge Management staff to optimize PATH’s knowledge management in relation to operations and key initiatives sponsored by the COO.
Collaborate with other operations/shared services departments to enhance coordinated, seamless service provision.
Required Experience
Master’s degree in business, public health, management, or related area.
Minimum of six years in senior management working in the public or private sector in low resource settings to achieve change.
High-level, strategic understanding of operations within a global
organization.
Proven skills in project, knowledge, and policy management.
French language skills a plus.
Demonstrated experience and success in strategy development and oversight.
Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and pragmatic problem solving.
Skilled systems thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and manage processes.
Proven skill building new and effective partnerships, and managing external relations.
Strong ability to drive for results while dealing with ambiguity.

PATH ECD Manager Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Serve as overall Project Manager for the project in Kenya, ensuring quality implementation in compliance with PATH and donor policy;
Provide technical and programmatic leadership to ECD Activities in Kenya.
Review project goals and objectives on a regular basis and oversee the development of an annual work plan; oversee implementation of the Kenya ECD work plans.
Lead in identification of partner capacity gaps and strengthen capacities to improve project implementation.
Coordinate partner activities including consultants conducting ECD activities within the project in Kenya
Support the project PADM in the management of the approved Kenya ECD Project budget; work with global team to adjust budgets as needed to reflect new program opportunities, project learnings, and cost alignments.
Serving as a performance manager for the project M&E officer, ECD Capacity Building Officer, and Community Liaison Associate and overseeing in-country technical consultants who are recruited on an as need-basis to support the project’s work.
Maintain accurate project records and any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Coordinate project in-country M&E activities in collaboration with the M&E Officers in Kenya and Seattle
Produce project donor reports
Required Experience
Degree in Early Childhood Development, public health, nutrition, medicine, nursing Social Work, Health or related field.
At least 7 years of relevant program experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
Background in ECD, Maternal Newborn and Child Health, HIV/AIDS or related field desired.
Ability to work productively with policy and technical experts.
Ability to deliver quality work on deadline in a fast-paced environment.
Strong existing relevant professional networks in public, UN, donor and NGO sectors.
Ability to juggle multiple assignments and interact with varied work teams with strong results.
