The Executive Director (ED) will lead and support a dedicated and committed team across Partner Africa’s offices in Kenya, South Africa, Egypt and the UK to implement the existing 4 year strategy and business plan, which will drive sustainability of the organisation through planned growth, whilst continuing Partner Africa’s social mission.

The Executive Director will take a hands-on approach, ensuring that high quality services are provided to all clients, and that innovative solutions are developed to safeguard workers rights and promote social sustainability on the continent on behalf of some of the world’s largest brands and retailers.
