Panagora Group Director of Collaboration and Outreach Jobs in Uganda
IntroductionPanagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks a full-time Director of Collaboration and Outreach for an anticipated USAID/Uganda activity. The Director of Collaboration and Outreach will lead learning, communications, and knowledge management activities on this mission-support contract. We seek innovation and highly motivated individuals to work on our team.
Responsibilities
Support effective collaboration between and among USAID and its partners
Events planning, facilitation, note-taking and related services
Engage in thought-leadership efforts with USAID and other Ugandan stakeholders, thought leaders, and influence shapers
Maintain relationships with Ugandan media, and with actors in regional and international development
Develop reports, presentations, and other materials for learning events
Develop co-financing support for USAID/Uganda STIP grants with private sector and other donors and partner
Strengthen USAID efforts to integrate innovation throughout its portfolio
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in communications, journalism, international development or a related field
Minimum 10 years direct experience of communications, partnership-building, and/or CLA
15 years of experience in the international development field
Knowledge of and experience with setting up and managing cutting-edge communication tools, such as social media platforms, interactive websites, etc.
Demonstrated skills and experience in building partnerships with various stakeholders
Experience in Uganda
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience on USAID contracts
Fluency in written and spoken English

Panagora Group Engagement, Learning and Adaption Specialist Jobs in Uganda
Responsibilities
Facilitate effective collaboration between and among USAID and its partners
Provide vision and leadership on the learning agenda
Ensure the quality, timeliness and technological sophistication of services related to improving monitoring and reporting systems
Facilitate communities of practice
Deepen stakeholders existing learning capabilities and introduce improved avenues to learning
Contribute to USAID/Uganda’s efforts to deliberately draw contextual, programmatic and operational learning from its monitoring, evaluation, analytical and assessment efforts
Support mid-course corrective measures and/or modification during activity implementation
Facilitate learning activities and pathways toward transformative, adaptive evidence-based change.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in international development, organizational development, health, adult learning, behavior change communications, or related fields
Eight years of direct experience developing and managing monitoring systems and/or conducting social science research
Minimum five years of experience managing staff conducting monitoring and/or research efforts
Experience in Uganda
Prior experience working with USAID,
and knowledge of USAID’s learning agenda, policies, and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skills and experience in statistics and computational analysis
Fluency in written and spoken English

Panagora Group Collaboration and Outreach Assistant Jobs in Uganda
Responsibilities
Support collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) activities among USAID, implementing partners, and other Ugandan stakeholders
Support the Learning team in facilitating trainings
Finalize reports and format content for learning events, e.g., webinars, PowerPoint, workshops, etc.
Strengthen and add value to existing practices and processes
Support other tasks as the Learning team requests
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in communication, journalism, international development, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in communication, training and facilitation, and/or project coordination, preferably in health sector
Prior experience in working with USAID preferred
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
