Job Details
  • Provide strong and positive leadership to the HR Unit ensuring competent and motivated staff are hired and retained, providing efficient delivery of HR services.
  • Coordinate professional and personal staff development through adequate orientation, on-the-job coaching, identification of learning, training needs and opportunities; and succession planning.
  • Develop and review HR, Administrative, and IT policies and propose changes to senior management for approval on an annual basis
  • Develop and manage the overall organizational performance management system,
  • Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office at all time.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency to meet budgets, productivity, and timeline targets for all logistics, equipment and other office supplies' demands.
  • Negotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships
  • Good communicator and negotiator

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management / Development, Business Administration, or other related qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR Operations, Office Administration and Management, including procurement process.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
  • Broad knowledge and experience
    in employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and development and office administration.
