A vibrant fine dining restaurant in Nairobi is looking for young gifted passionate staff to supplement its existing team. Suitable candidates should have the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

Age 25-45 years

Must have at least “O” level education with good passes

Must have a diploma in food production

Must have knowledge and exposure of not let than 2 years

Those with international exposure and a “5 star” kitchen set up will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

Creativity- must be creative in order to develop and prepare interesting and innovative recipes. Should be able to use various ingredients to create appealing meals for customers

Time management skills- must efficiently manage time, must ensure that meals are prepared and that customers are served on time, especially during busy hours

Ensuring production and maintenance of high quality food in the kitchen

Control food cost to ensure it is within the preferred hotel levels
