Team Purpose

The Enterprise Architecture team are responsible for taking the Oxfam 2020 strategy and define an IT systems architecture that will support the strategic use of shared services to deliver value to our affiliates, enable affiliate interoperability and support our One Oxfam vision.

The team will bring a deep understanding of Oxfam’s global mission and create an architecture that will scale for 10k colleagues, 70k volunteers, 5,800 partners and over 25 million people that we work with.

The team aligns the confederations goals and the IT systems & infrastructure that can support this.

The Enterprise Architecture team has direct design authority on all Oxfam International and confederation wide global systems
The team has influence on affiliate level architectures to ensure affiliates are supported and aligned

with the interoperability requirements of the confederation under our Executing Affiliate/ Program Affiliate model

The Role

Reporting to the OIS Enterprise Architect, the Senior Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for scoping and designing detailed solutions that enable Oxfam to meet its strategic and business objectives within the Oxfam cloud services portfolio.

They will provide technical leadership to ensure solution designs and implementations are aligned with business requirements and architectural and operational standards.

They will lead the ongoing maintenance, operation and support for cloud services including the development of associated procedures and processes.

The position requires significant knowledge and expertise across multiple platforms, processes and architectures following an IT Service Management approach and will work closely with colleagues in the OIS Office of the CIO and technical leaders from across the Oxfam confederation.

Reqiurements

Fluency in English required. French and or Spanish will be highly regarded
