The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Global Chief Finance Officer to ensure that the confederation has strong collective global financial strategy, measures of success, planning, monitoring and action mechanisms and processes in place in order to make cost reduction/cost effectiveness gains, effective business models, integrated income forecasts and financial external trends to maximize the return on collective investments and support confederation, affiliate, countries and regions and Secretariat sustainability.

What we're looking for

You will be a qualified finance professional, with significant experience in leading financial strategy, management and transformation initiatives and projects in complex, global organizations at executive/board level.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others, influencing where needed and empowering your team.
