The RoleOxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Gender Rights and Justice Campaigner, to Supporting co-creation and delivery of creative public facing approaches to engage audiences around the world and work closely with affiliates, regions, and countries to ensure that people power in central to the work of the confederation.
Who We’re Looking forWe’re looking for a dynamic campaigner who is passionate about gender rights and justice, and have experience of campaigning with partners, alliances, and/or coalitions.

In Addition:• Ability to contribute creativity and work flexibly in project teams from across diverse teams, levels, skills and backgrounds to deliver on campaign objectives.
• Experience in campaigning such as public engagement, awareness raising, political or private influencing and working with campaigning movements and partners, preferably on issues on which Oxfam campaigns.
• Understanding of different models and methods of achieving impact and change and the ability to develop plans and strategies to achieve campaigning objectives.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Excellent understanding of, commitment to and experience of embedding and continuously learning to embed a decolonial, anti-racist, intersectional feminist and partner led approach in your work.
