Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

Oxfam International Humanitarian Campaigns Team (called the Rights in Crisis Team) fight for the rights of people affected by and vulnerable to natural and man-made disasters.

The public campaign will have a focus on campaigning for the rights of women and girls in crisis We focus on campaigning, policy and influencing on issues relating to humanitarian responses as well as in addressing the root causes of the crises.

We are also involved in campaigning for the rights of women refugees and migrants.

The Role

Oxfam International plans to focus and strengthen its public campaigning on women’s agency, capacity and leadership in conflicts, hunger, natural disasters etc.

Working with feminist and women’s rights networks, movements and organizations, predominantly from the global south (and where relevant, those from the global north), we want to strengthen their voices of and spaces in national, regional and global processes, fora and institutions.
