The Role
The Country Director will be responsible to implement Oxfam Vision which aims to create a stronger Oxfam that is globally coordinated and relevant in every country in which we work.
With support from the Country Governance Groups and the Regional Director, the Country Director will deliver the new and exciting Oxfam Strategic Framework (2020-30) which aims to create a stronger but humble Oxfam that is part of a diversified and globally balanced network
