DescriptionOWS Development Fund /OWS-DF/’s activities mainly cover Somali Region and Head Office bases in Jigjiga City.
Our Addis Ababa office is looking for a competent finance administrator and office assistant.
Finance and Office Assistant is responsible for:
Assisting OWS-DF’s relations with donors, UN agencies, INGOs and private foundations
Assisting with office tasks related to government offices
Attending Meetings representing the office upon delegation
Being contact person at the office
Handling travel arrangements for staffs
handling finance related tasks
other office administration tasks
The duties and responsibilities include
providing other administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to document organization and communication.
The position requires strong command of English language and computer usage skills.
Job Requirements
Experience (minimum)
2 Years for BSc. Or 1year for MSc. in finance administration / accounting. NGO experience is plus.
Education (minimum)
BSc or MSc in Accounting or Business administration
