Job Brief

Our client in need of Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the company and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Duties / Responsibilities

Design and implement a strategic sales plan.

Oversee allsales activities.

Createand implement salespolicies, procedures, training manuals and sales related resource materials

Monitor thesales performanceof across all subsidiaries.

Meet planned sales goals.

Analyze sales figures, interpret trends and forecast future sales volumes in order to maximize profit

Assist with the selling of products and services to maximize sales.

Build and maintainstrong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Skills / Qualifications

B.Sc / HND in a Business related discipline with at least 5 years work experience.

M.Sc in Business Administration is an advantage

Must have experience in the Fashion industry and a passion for fashion

Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

Ability to effectively utilize CRMand MS officetools to monitor performanceand give reports

Excellent leadership skills

Strong written and oral communication

Great negotiation skills

Project Management skills

Good attention to details.
