The candidate will be responsible to lead, manage and enhance the school’s sport programmes and the people who participate in them.

The candidate will also be responsible for fostering community, government and other bodies’ engagement in terms of Sports.

The candidate must have a Bachelors of Education in Sports and possess at least 10 years of experience in managing sporting activities in a school set up.

The candidate will assist the Human Resources Manager in facilitating implementation of HR policies, onboarding of new staff, training and development, leave management, payroll management and all other HR related areas within the school.

The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in a HR related field, professional HR qualifications, at least 5 years’ experience and MUST be a registered member of IHRM.
