Oshwal Academy Nairobi a private international school in Nairobi offering the British curriculum from pre-school to year 13 is seeking to recruit for a number of key positions.

Experienced and competent teachers/candidates are encouraged to apply for the below position:

  • Assistant Human Resources Manager

    The candidate will assist the Human Resources Manager in facilitating implementation of HR policies, onboarding of new staff, training and development, leave management, payroll management and all other HR related areas within the school.

    Job Qualifications

  • The candidate must be a holder of a Bachelors Degree in a HR related field, professional HR qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience and MUST be a registered member of IHRM.
  • Job Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a HR
  • Job Experience Requirements: 5 years
