Duties and Responsibilities

This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre.

Duties and Responsibilities will entail:

Receiving, guiding and directing visitors to designated offices and areas;

Compiling daily records of visitors

Providing relevant information to visitors;

Responding to visitors basic queries;

Recording physical visitors and quests protocols;

Managing visitors

Compiling weekly reports on customers compliments/complaints; and

Proposing strategies for enhancing customer

Requirements

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:

Diploma in any of the following disciplines:, Customer Service, Public Relations, Communication Management, Front Office or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and

Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized
