Job Description

Organization for Social Services, Health and Development (OSSHD) is an Ethiopian indigenous Civil Society organization which is dedicated to intervene in social, health and development aspects of its targeted communities in Ethiopia. It would like to hire a well experienced and competent applicant for the following positions.

Major Duties

Under the direct supervision, the Receptionist will provide general support to the Branch Office and its basic services as a whole.

S/he is responsible to receive customers or beneficiaries and visitors to the branch and maintain the reception area to ensure that a good initial impression is given.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

High School Complete 2 years relevant experience.

Skills:

Computer literacy (Word Processing, Power Point, Spreadsheet, Access) skills are essential;

Ability to work under pressure, priorities and commitment to meet deadlines;

Very good written and spoken in English and Amharic.

Very good typing skills both in English and Amharic languages.

Commitment to the aims and objectives of OSSHD.
