Job Description

Organization for Social Services, Health and Development (OSSHD) is an Ethiopian indigenous Civil Society organization which is dedicated to intervene in social, health and development aspects of its targeted communities in Ethiopia. It would like to hire a well experienced and competent applicant for the following positions.

Major Duties

Under the supervision of his/her supervisor, Accountant records financial transactions to appropriate projects and tasks, prepares periodic financial statements and reports, and keeps the records of the accounts books up to date according to OSSHD financial manual and Procedure’s and involve in financial closings.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

BA/MA degree in Accounting and Finance and related fields.

Minimum of 6/2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills

High ethical standards demonstrated by individual approach to business and ability to set that tone for overall organization success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent oral and written communications in English is mandatory.

Computer literacy in MS Office is essential.

Sympathy with the aims and objectives of

OSSHD and commitment to humanitarian principles and action.
