Duties And Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

Installation of wiring in buildings.

Repair and Maintenance of electrical machines.

Inspection of all Distribution Boards for safety purposes.

Maintenance of electricity supply.

Any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements For Appointment

For appointment to this grade, one MUST have:

Minimum KCSE C- (minus)

Diploma in electrical Installations

Must have Craft I (KNEC) certificate Electrical Installations or its equivalent.

Must be physically fit.

Must have 3 years’ post qualification experience.
