We are a medium sized microfinance institution looking for an Operations Manager to ensure effective and efficient management of resources through implementing the right processes and practices across the organization.

H/She will be responsible for people, operations, budgets, business development and strategy .

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in the microfinance sector.

• Degree in Business related course specialization in sales and marketing

• 5-7 years' experience in management in a similar capacity

• Leadership skills and team management skills

• Ability to attain growth targets of the company

• Support the development of relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
