You will be responsible for:
Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing and ecommerce programs in line with business priorities.
Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.
Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.
Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects.
Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.
Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.
Enhancing the company’s brand awareness and corporate image.
Developing and executing effective PR plans through translating brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.
Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximise the company’s brand exposure through interviews, editorials etc.
Building strong and positive relationships with media, influencers and other related parties.
Developing and editing news releases, speeches, articles and other editorial collateral.
Managing an external PR agency.
Analysing and reporting results of PR campaigns &initiatives.
Supporting the development and launch of new products.
Driving performance marketing via Google Ads, SEO / SEM, Media Buying, PPC, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel, Facebook Ads and Display Ads.
Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.
Partnering with various internal and
external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.
Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.
Analysing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
You have at least 3 years of experience ideally in Brand / Product Management, Consumer Insights / Market Research or Public Relations within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience within Digital Transformation / Change Management, Employer Branding, New Product Development, Startup Experience, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp) and BI Reporting Tools (Tableau, Sisense, DOMO, Power BI).
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
