Job Description

The Enrollment team is a sub-department of Program Design, overseeing the strategy and planning to achieve our goal of serving more farmers.

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will support the implementation of our enrollment strategy in the field.

The Enrollment Specialist reports to the Enrollment Lead.

You will

Coordinate key enrollment activities, including the training of ~3000 field staff, and creation of marketing materials

Design and manage new projects to further improve our program and reach more farmers

Conduct prototyping and field testing of new ideas, as well as surveys, focus groups and other research methods to learn from our farmers and field staff

Support the Enrollment Lead in developing the long-term strategy and yearly plan for enrollment

Lead monitoring and reporting of results.

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with 2+ years of work experience.

Results-oriented: You set goals and take ownership of driving towards them

Cross-cultural fluency: You will work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

Strong educational background; minimum Bachelor's Degree

English required; Kiswahili strongly preferred

Willing to be based in Kakamega, Kenya.
