Job Description

This role is accountable for regional marketing service delivery through the implementation of a customised regional marketing strategy. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results via the efforts of others over periods of up to a year.

Role overview:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and ambitious Marketing manager - SME Business who will lead inbound pipeline generation and revenue growth to support our business objectives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the scalable, predictable and repeatable process of generating demand across channels. If you are a revenue-centric marketing that thrives on growth, passionate about building and scaling a modern SME business platform, this is the role for you.

Key Result Areas :

Executing the SME marketing strategy across the value chain

Coordinating the SME efforts across the various business units: creating alignment, activating initiatives to target budget realization, and developing proposals that will support the growth and profitability of the segment's market share.

Following up on sales performance & preparing and sharing reports, analysis and presentations & developing recommendations in order to improve the performance

Running market analysis in order to increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty in line with customer needs and expectations

Using the best fit communication tools to drive awareness and conversion of the modern SME business platform

Working in coordination with relevant units (sales team, product development and digital campaign

management teams, target & performance system team, communications etc.)

Conceptualize, design, and project manage the overall execution of innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive business objectives.

Work with product team to plan and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features to market in a way that opens and accelerates opportunities.

Develop and implement omni-channel demand generation strategies.

Leverage metrics and insight to focus our efforts where we will yield the greatest business return.

Devise and implement effective end-to-end marketing campaigns

Budget accountability, including the assessment of ROI.

Work with third parties as well as our internal agency on marketing strategies.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

At least 5years of experience in marketing, digital marketing is imperative,

Communication skills

Tertiary marketing/ relevant qualification is relevant

Experience of an agile work environment beneficial
