Key Measurable Goals

Growth of Deposits both Cheap and Term deposit in line with the Bank Strategy

Growth of the Loan book through quality disbursements.

Growth of all Bancassurance products through all the Bank distribution

Support in managing Sale Team productivity and performance monitoring in line with the company objective

Sales Consultant numbers optimization and contracting

Coordinating training for Sales Consultant

Managing the Graduation process and monthly award

Managing the review of the Rem model of the Sales Team

Handling administrative issue for the Sales Teams

Support Retail credit processes for TAT assurance for enhanced Customer experience

Communicating and reinforcing the AML-CTF compliance culture established by the board

Implementing and enforcing the board-approved AML, KYC & CFT policy within the Department, Unit or Branch.
