OkHi is on a mission to enable the 4 billion people in the world without a physical address to "Be Included" by providing them with a working physical address. By building the next generation of an address system, we’ll be able to increase commerce through better logistics, save lives through improved emergency services and grow access to finance through a better identity system.
We are looking for an experienced and savvy B2B Sales & Partnerships pro to join our team.
You will join our world class team and be responsible for launching OkHi to 100s of businesses and millions of consumers across Kenya and other emerging markets. If you are motivated by using your talents to solve a global problem and having a huge impact on the world, then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:Help OkHi to grow fasterDrive revenue generation and build the partner network for food delivery and eCommerce by prospecting, qualifying and closing new customers.
Identify new business opportunities and explore how OkHi can grow in other verticals such banking and financial services.
Bring insights from customers back to the product team to accelerate product development
Find ways to leverage existing players and networks in the market to grow our reach faster
Sign partnership agreements with organizations/businesses that are of strategic importance to the growth of OkHi
Scale OkHi’s sales capacity
Develop our sales process & cadence, from customer discovery to integration and after-sales support
Set-up tools to enable a more scalable and transparent customer development process where the team is aligned and bought-in
Grow the sales team through hiring, mentorship and coaching
Work with the product team to develop a product roadmap that aligns with our customer acquisition strategy
