Hi, I think it would be better if you could have an office where we could come and bring our problems to and not just sending you mails because its kind of hard for those of us who have never applied for scholarships before so would you kindly have someone on the ground for us? Thank you.

True. An office would cost money for rent and to run. Those who want consultation would therefore need to pay for the service.

I can guide one on how to make a scholarship application. However, it would not be guaranteed to be successful because one's grades may not be good enough or the competition more severe at that time.
