ResponsibilitiesOffice management
Typing documents
Answering office calls
Preparing and binding documents.
Printing, scanning, photocopying
Running errands
Filing documents
Any other duty assigned
Requirements
Form four leaver, certificate or diploma in any business related field or its equivalent
1 year working experience in an office setting.
Knowledge using MS Office suit
Good command in English and Kiswahili both in writing and spoken.
Past experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
