Oasis Healthcare Group Limited is a group of Specialist Doctors working and operating across the country since 2010 under group-based practice model.
We currently have facilities in the following counties: Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Siaya, Uasin-Gishu, Kitui, Nairobi, Kakamega and Bungoma.

We are looking to fill the following positions with qualified and suitable individuals willing to join us.

Job Title: Community Health Workers

Job Location: Kisii / Homabay

Overall Responsibility: The successful candidate shall have an overall responsibility of reaching out to communities, facilities and clients to promote health programs on primary health and navigating the clients who require curative services to hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Collection of health-related data at the household level for analysis

Identification of common ailments and minor injuries at the community level and refer as appropriate

Identification and referral of health cases from the community

Visiting homes and primary care facilities to sensitize the community on health interventions

Take a central role in the organization of community outreach programs including medical campaigns to sensitize communities

Identification of defaulters of health interventions and referring them as appropriate.

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to

time.


Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Community Health, Health Promotion & Education, or any other related field.

Must be able to speak the native languages of the cited locations.

Should be proactive with an ability to work without any supervision.
