1. Marketing OfficerThe successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager.
He/she will be involved in managing marketing operations in the field.
Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesTake charge of consumer/trade promotions, retail data management and intelligence gathering.
Drive sales initiatives for Branded sugar and ensure availability in key accounts
Route coverage program to improve customer service and continuously genera te order from the customer.
Increase our physical presence in assigned markets
Expand and grow distribution network for our product in new and existing customer base.
Qualifications and Experience
Aged below 55 years
Bachelor of commerce (Marketing option) or equivalent
KCSE B+ (Plus) and above
Be computer literate
At least five (5) years working experience in a large and busy manufacturing concern.
Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.
Computer literate.

2. Insurance Officer
Job Description:
In liaison with the Legal Officer, the job holder will be responsible for identifying external and internal risks that the company may face, evaluating the likely effect of these risks, introducing a range of control measures and monitoring and evaluating the success of these measures.
To provide services, and ensure that company properly is insured.
Key Tasks and Job Responsibilities:
Assessing various risks for the company and preparing a risk mitigation program.
Carrying out annual risk inspection and coordinating surveys as requested by underwriters.
Arranging for loss prevention/seminars or sensitization of staff to appraise them on risk prevention or reduction
Arranging for accident investigation and surveys
Liaising with the relevant heads of departments for implementation of recommendations made by the underwriters, surveyors/inspectors as a way of loss management so as reduce on ‘down time’.
Evaluating the nature, working, scope of cover for the Company’s insurance policies
Liaising with the Legal Officer to ensure that the premiums paid are compatible with risks covered and as proposed at quotation stage
Exercising supervision and giving guidance to staff in Lodging of claims
Maintaining and updating all insurance policies and endorsement for addition or disposal of assets
Updating schedule of assets
Liaising with insurance companies and brokers for timely issuance of policies & settlement of claims
To advise staff on claim procedures.
Timely settlement of premiums.
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Insurance / law / commerce / risk management or any other relevant field.
Computer literate
Professional certification in CPA, ACII or CFA will be an added advantage
3. Medical Officer
We wish to recruit interested persons to fill the above vacant position in the Human Resource department, Clinic section.
This position reports directly to the Company Medical Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementing clinical service procedures, guidelines, quality assurance standards in the provision of clinical services.
Providing clinical and family health care in the company Clinic.
Implementing medico legal standards and guidelines, in line with the MOH and company policy
Undertaking disease surveillance, control and management.
Undertaking research on critical health issues and emerging trends.
Monitoring patients, making appropriate referrals
and providing necessary guidance and counseling.
Providing specialized preventive and curative medical services including Ear, Nose and Throat/Audiology, Ophthalmology and Cataract Surgery, Child Health and Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Orthopedics, Epidemiology, Lung and Skin, Reproductive Health, Dermatology and Venereology, Coroner and Forensic Medicine, Medical Education, Health Economics and Policy, Health Systems Management, Psychology, Family and Community Health Services; and providing emergency clinical care during disasters.
Requirements for Appointment:
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
Served as a medical practioner for a minimum period of three (3)years;
Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
Registered by Kenya Medical and Dentist board.
Computer literate.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated clinical expertise and significant senior-level experience with global health and development
Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Capacity to work independently and take initiative on one’s own
Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work
Understanding of scientific and research concepts
Excellent interpersonal skills
Creative problem-solving
Effective in time management and working under deadlines
Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
4. Chief Security Officer
The key purpose of the job is to ensure security of persons and property of the company.
The successful applicant for this position will report to the Company Secretary.
This is a critical position in the company which requires one to demonstrate leadership qualities, maturity and ability to work under pressure.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
To ensure that crimes are prevented
Advising management on all security risks aimed at preventing crimes
Collection of security intelligence
Ensure security records and exhibits are secure
Ensure security investigation is done expeditiously
Making appropriate reports to Management
Liaising with government security agencies to prevent, crime
Reduce corruption through zero tolerance and internal Control
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Relevant professional Qualification
Should have served in the police force/Armed forces for at least 7 years.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Good interpersonal Skills
Effective negotiation, investigative, supervisory and report writing skills
Computer Literate
Relevant experience preferably in a busy setup as a security officer will be an added advantage.
Aged 35- 55yrs
Establish and manage an effective security system for a commercial setup.
