Duties and Responsibilities

  • An officer at this level will be deployed in a Supply Chain Management unit in a Ministry or Department

  • Handling variety of tasks such as issuing and receiving stores;

  • Assisting in stock taking, reconciliation, preparation and maintenance of records.

    Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be in possession of;
    -

  • A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); and

  • A Diploma in Supplies/Stores Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.

  • Be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
