Job Specifications

  • Diploma in Business management, Public Relations, Communication, or any other related field from a recognized institution.

  • At least three (3) years’ work experience.

  • KCSE certificate

  • Computer skills (MS office)

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

  • Booking appointments, scheduling/notification of meetings and email management.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Using computers to generate reports and transcribe minutes from meetings

  • Welcoming and assist visitors.

  • Maintain professional communication via phone, e- mail, and physical among others.

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
