NRC International Consultancy for the Provision of Psychological First Aid Training Jobs in Ethiopia

NRC Ethiopia funded by Multiple Donors is seeking to engage International Consultancy service providers to deliver International Consultancy for the provision of Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training **

Duties and responsibilities:

In order to achieve the objectives, the consultant(s) will:

Study relevant documents

Develop the concept of the training and teaching aids (including agenda, working methods and procedures, handouts and evaluation forms) which will be discussed with the Project Team;

Advise on background materials to be distributed;

Draft the final training programme;

Develop the list of materials which is necessary for carrying out training sessions;

Deliver training;

Elaborate and submit the final report on the training.

Develop contextualized psychosocial support package

Qualifications

Qualified psychologist must only apply;

Mandatory previous experience in provision of PFA training and development of after training support packages

Mandatory proven experience in working with the international organizations (successful experience in working with NRC is an asset);

Skills in developing analytical and informative materials;

The service provider must demonstrate cultural sensitivity towards employees of different backgrounds

Excellent communications skills;

Initiative and resourcefulness;

Excellent computer skills;

Excellent knowledge of English

Closing date for submitting the tender is 9 November 2020 at 16:30. All times are local and follow the Gregorian calendar. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
