NRC Empower Project Final Evaluation Jobs in South Sudan
The purpose of this final evaluation is to assess the project’s performance based on the International Development Evaluations Criteria (relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, coherence and sustainability), with an aim of informing future programming.
The following are the specific objectives of this evaluation
To determine the extent to which the project achieved its stated objectives and contributed to the overarching goal.
To establish the extent to which the project strategies were relevant and effective as suggested by the project’s theory of change.
To assess the extent to which the achieved changes/impact will remain sustainable, beyond the project’s lifetime.
To document lessons learned and good practices offer evidence based recommendations for future programs.
To establish and offer recommendations regarding opportunities for replicating/scaling up successful interventions in other parts of South Sudan or in other conflict-affected countries.
Qualification
At least Master’s degree in Education, Vocational studies, International Development Studies, or a related field
At least 5 years’ experience in working with humanitarian sectoral programs relating to Technical Vocational Training) and civil society organizations (CSO)
Demonstrated experience with quantitative and qualitative research, database management and statistical data analysis
Experience of working in South Sudan will be added advantage.
Experience of evaluating TVET programs
Proven record of communicating with beneficiaries
