Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy across the network of schools

Build a thorough understanding of how parents in our target demographic think about school choice and properly segment and customize based on their perceptions, preferences and decision-making criteria

Ensure consistency and quality of positioning, messaging, and all materials across brand-building activities

Drive the planning and execution of Open Days and other key events, and create a consistent, compelling experience of our brand at each event

Lead Brand & Admissions Associates across our schools in South Africa, which you will have the responsibly of coaching and growing as we expand rapidly

Closely support each team member in ensuring daily prioritization and execution of tasks

Requirements

You have at least 5+ years experience building and managing important relationships in marketing, communications and/or business development positions.

You are a great communicator: You are able to provide a clear and persuasive pitch to anyone and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You are results driven: You are goal oriented, move fast and take ownership of work.

You have strong skills working with data:

You know how to structure data in a compelling way, analyze data to pull out key insights and trends, and make data-driven decisions

You have strong project management skills:

You are able to juggle multiple tasks, provide support to junior level staff and meet deadlines and targets

You are entrepreneurial and empathetic. You are able to understand the various Nova Pioneer stakeholders and think creatively about how to effectively communicate to them.

Nova Pioneer School Global Marketing Content Leader Jobs in South Africa

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee Nova Pioneer’s content strategy and creation across all platforms with clear and measurable goals

Establish goals and priorities for both feature and daily planning with the team in both geographies

Identify key areas for growth in audience, engagement, traffic and conversion

Develop Nova Pioneer’s brand narratives and other creative inputs that drive a streamlined content plan across all geographies

Perform multivariate testing, and monitor the story dashboard to make weekly recommendations

Personally oversee and own the results for all content production across channels and format types.

Ability to create all types of visual content in Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to guarantee our visuals (images, graphics, etc.) align with defined voice

Responsibilities

3+ years experience with Content Marketing or similar background

Strong understanding of how content is shared and consumed differently across digital, social and mobile platforms

Extensive graphic design and production experience for web, print, and video

Ability to use analytics to help drive daily decisions and overall strategy

Project management experience, including a consistent track record of delivering results

Experience managing copy writers, editors, and creatives

Nova Pioneer School Marketing Data Analyst Jobs

in South Africa

Responsibilities

CRM & Database Management: You will be responsible for working independently to maintain and manage our CRM database, and working cross-functionally with admissions, operations, and learning team to make sure all data is accurate. You will set up and develop workflows, modules, apps, forms, links etc. for the CRM, as needed.

Data Analysis: You will be responsible for developing and managing the marketing dashboard and provide daily and weekly updates to the marketing team and to management. On a monthly basis, you will be responsible for producing well-structured, in depth analysis of the data to generate insights that contribute to our overall strategy. Your job will also include working with the finance team to evaluate the ROI of our offline marketing activities and make recommendations based on the outcome of this analysis.

Digital Media/Lead Generation: You will be responsible for designing and deploying a data-driven social media strategy for paid advertisements on Facebook, Google Adwords, and other platforms as deemed necessary to generate increased leads and nurture lead conversion.

Back end Support: You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and infrastructure development necessary to develop the CRM, and liaise with outside support where necessary. You will be responsible for training the team on the CRM as needed.

Automation and Systems Integration: You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive, streamlined admissions process that is consistent across the network and viable at scale.

Requirements

3-4 years relevant quantitative work experience

Strong background in math, finance, economics

Technologically adept with at least some coding familiarity

Database management and project management experience

Advanced proficiency in excel, working knowledge of Powerpoint and ability to make data visual

Experience with Salesforce a plus

Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

Nova Pioneer School Director of Schools Jobs in South Africa

Responsibilities

Onboard and train newly hired school leaders in the pipeline to launch a new school or take over an existing school

Working with the school leader in question, oversee all instructional and culture aspects of new school launches within your portfolio

Engage closely with other members of the network academic team (including Chief Academic Officer) to improve our codified academic model by relaying learning and insights up from schools and helping translate that learning into revised academic systems, PD content and learning design

Working with and through your school leaders, ensure that we are being data-driven in our approach to school improvement and build strong systems for data review and subsequent interventions

Step in directly to co-manage any crises that emerge at your portfolio schools in cases where the crisis calls for leadership that the school leader is not yet developmentally ready to provide

Assist school leaders with the recruitment and selection of key school-level leaders to ensure that we have high-caliber leadership teams at each school in your portfolio

Serve as a member of the regional leadership team

Requirement

You have 8+ years of instructional experience in a rigorous, high-expectations school setting—including experience as a School

Leader and the ability to improve student achievement and outcomes through others

You have experience with and passion for enquiry-based learning, possibly including project-based or expeditionary approaches.

You have a track record of improving other people’s performance through coaching and building systems for scale

You have an exceptional ability to think strategically and yet you sweat the small stuff—people see you as unusually detail-oriented and conscientious

You are driven by data and know how to use data from student assessments to strengthen and differentiate student learning

You are excited about our organizational culture—and in particular, you are fired up to challenge yourself by embracing mutual vulnerability and a firehose of feedback
