Norwegian Refugee Council Wash Project Manager Jobs in Ethiopia; The purpose of the WASH Project Manager position is to implement a delegated WASH project portfolio. The following is a brief description of the role.

What you will do

*Line management for project staff

*Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures

*Contribute to the development of Country, Area, and WASH strategies, initiate, and participate in the development of the WASH projects

*Coordinate and manage WASH project implementation (activities, budget, and project documentation) in line with proposals, strategies, and donor requirements

*Implement technical direction and ensure high technical quality of projects

*Provide regular progress reports to the Area Manager and the WASH Specialist

What you will bring

*Contribute to needs assessments, including protection risks and needs, and provide area-specific information and input to CC PMs/HoP and APM for proposal development

*Responsible for the development and follow-up of detailed project work plans, spending plans, M&E plans, and resources for the WASH projects on an area level

*Scale up and diversify WASH operational capacity to ensure high-standard project implementation and potential expansion

*Overall accountable for monitoring and oversight of technical quality of WASH projects and maintaining transparency of implementation

*Support the consideration and inclusion of cash-based interventions and market-based approaches within (and across) NRC core competency responses, where appropriate

*Overall accountable for quality assurance of NRC GORS WASH data for the area
