Norbrook Laboratories Limited is one of the world's leading companies within the Pharmaceutical Industry with a reputation for achieving results within a competitive market place. The following vacancy has arisen in our facility in Karuri, Kenya. Job Title: Maintenance Technician. .

Job Responsibilities:

To plan and carry out planned preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment aiming to achieve maximum plant availability, with a target of zero unplanned downtime

Hands on experience in maintenance, installation, service and repair of various electrical equipment, motors, control panels, ATS etc.

To assist in major repairs and installations of new machinery

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years experience in repair and preventive maintenance of electrical machinery in a busy manufacturing facility preferably within a

pharmaceutical industry

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution

Candidates with a working knowledge of Electronics, PLC and Mechanical Engineering will have an added advantage.

Ability to ensure that all work is done in line with Health and Safety guidelines

Ability to work under minimal supervision
