Detailed Description

This position is responsible for general office management for the CEO and producing draft and final correspondent going to stakeholders, regulators and customers.

Coordinating meetings and conferences without hitches and provision of secretarial needs is an integral part of this role.

Qualification and Requirements

The candidate for this position shall possess HND / BSc in Secretarial Studies with the speed of typing 120 words per minute and capable of using multiple office software applications.

The preferred candidate shall not be more than 40 years old with a minimum of seven years experience in organised business organisation.
