Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing HR policies, directing and coordinating Human Resource activities.

Qualifications

A Degree/ Higher Diploma ( KNEC) in Human Resource Management

At least 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer

Strong and firm understanding of the Employment and Labour Laws

Member of IHRM

HRMIS practical knowledge and Payroll knowledge and processing will be an added advantage

Prepares, analyzes, reconciles and conducts verifications regarding accounts being examined;

Carefully analyses all payments to the creditors.

Qualifications

CPA – K

A bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or accounts

2 years’ experience in an audit firm

Qualifications

A Degree in any of the following fields, Business Administration, Marketing , B. com, or business related studies OR A Diploma in microfinance studies, cooperative management from a recognized University/ College.

Good knowledge of microfinance with at least 2 years’ experience at a Credit/Loan Officer level.

Candidates without minimum education qualifications but have got a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a recognized financial institution at a Credit/Loan Officer level may apply.
