NFT Senior Manager - Business Adoption Lead Jobs in Uganda
Job Purpose;The purpose of the Business Adoption function is to enable the adoption of a standardized back office cloud technology and the adaptation of best possible practices in the organisation (FIN, EAM, SCM, HCM and EPM).
This will be fulfilled through partnering with the business to enable them work in a more effective and efficient manner through the use of standard practice tools and methodologies that form part of the business adoption functions.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Executing upon the methodology established by boost central to enable the functional team to understand and drive adoption.
Leading business adoption and integrated stakeholder experience.
Driving the stakeholder engagement, communication plan and end user support to enable adoption.
Planning, developing, and coordinating change strategies; identifying integration points with other adoption efforts.
Working with the functions to assess the change impact across the organization and at functional level.
Constructing and implementing actionable and targeted change management plans – including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change impacts, change agent network, and training strategy and plans.
Evaluating and ensuring user and business readiness as we move closer to go live.
Qualifications and Experience;
An appropriate Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in consulting in a multinational business environment
driving change/adoption.
Minimum of 3-5 years in ERP implementation/deployment.
Ability to work effectively at all levels and across within an organization and influence others.
Proficient with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Skills and Abilities;
Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscape both internal and external of the project.
A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process experience.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
