NFT Revenue Assurance Analyst Jobs in Rwanda

Purpose of the Job (Brief):

To analyse, create, and improve the end-to-end assurance of revenue streams on Airtel Money within a controlled environment at Company Name Rwanda. To develop and monitor controls that help prevent and reduce revenue loss within the organization.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities):

Align to the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Strategy

Assist in developing a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Roadmap identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, threats, and opportunities within the current platforms being used.

Work with the HOD to develop and implement a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Strategy aligned to the Group RAFM strategy.

Established and effectively implemented control policies and procedures for all areas of operational risk

Establish control policies and procedures for all areas of risk and revenue loss.

Update a risk register for all identified and potential risks.

Define and implement control procedures to mitigate identified risks and revenue loss scenarios.

Accurate technical and charging platform configuration

Comprehend the Change management strategy.

Review and analyze configuration of new products and changes on production systems before implementation.

Develop and implement adequate test scripts for commercial initiatives and other revenue impacting configuration before roll out.

Analyse impact and feasibility and risk assessment of all proposed configuration changes.

Effective Revenue Exposure and Losses Management

Evaluate current Key Result Areas (KRAS) and Key Performance Indicators Systems (KPIs) to measure efficiency.

Implement new KPIs to address newly identified risks especially those inherent to the environment.

Ensure 24/7 Fraud monitoring team to assist in the mitigation of fraudulent attacks outside of business hours.

Implement KPIs which monitor charging accuracy of all existing plans as well as new commercial initiatives.

Create and monitor a Revenue Assurance (RA) and Fraud Activity Universe.

Proactive revenue loss and fraud detection

Implement new adapters

within the revenue assurance tool to enable the new reconciliations and KPIs.

Upgrade to the current RA tool for increased performance.

Monitor the fraud Management application for AM (SAS) to increase the coverage of the fraud scope.

Ensure all anomalies are investigated, resolved, and closed with acceptable feedback and required changes and controls are initiated and implemented by responsible departments and analysts.

Skills critical to the role:

Strong ethics, hands-on approach, cultural awareness, business acumen, and good communication skills

Educational Level: Must have:

A university degree in Information Management, Computer science, Software Engineering, Finance (with IT knowledge).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Working Experience: Must have:

Minimum of 2 years of industry track record mostly gained in Telecom/MFS/Fintech

Telecom experience (minimum 2 years)

Strong data analytical skills

Sound mobile money services knowledge

Good SQL skills
